We capture that at scale: raw records of real work, expert judgment on top of them, and the infrastructure to verify quality at every step including static automated QA checks and deployment-time feedback on trained models.
Ground truth data
Raw records of real work in every modality: documents, images, audio, code, and the outcomes that followed. Collected, cleaned, and de-identified at scale.
Expert data
Preferences, reasoning traces, and verifiable work product from the best practitioners at huge scale, encoding how real domain-experts reason through problems.
Environments
Simulated worlds with seeded ground truth data to replicate hyper-realistic software and workflows where models attempt entire jobs, with a high-quality grader scoring every turn.
Evals
Verification systems for domain-specific work product: expert rubrics and graders, held-out tasks, and programmatic checks that show how often a model succeeds, where it breaks, and whether the next version is better.
Compute
Post-training capacity, provisioned and managed per run: fine-tunes, reward model training, and large RL jobs. We train models against our evals and ship with a measured hillclimb on the target distribution, not a promise of one.
